3. App Content

3.1 Ownership: All content available through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Fana or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 Use Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

4. Purchases

4.1 Product Listings: The App may allow you to browse and purchase home items and accessories ("Products") from Fana.

4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for such purchases.

4.3 Shipping and Returns: Shipping and return policies for Products purchased through the App are governed by Fana's shipping and return policies available on the App.

5. Privacy

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the App is subject to Fana's Privacy Policy, available on the App, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Fana: Fana reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Modifications: Fana reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
